We’d like to thank all our hardworking volunteers, golfers, luncheon guests, sponsors, and donors for making our first “come-back” golf tournament a success!
We were able to raise $6,000, which will enable your FANHS Museum to keep its doors open to showcase the nation’s Filipino American history!
Our last golf tournament was held in 2010, it was the last of five tournaments that Mel LaGasca lead in his tenure as a FANHS Trustee and as the FANHS Museum Chair. In his five tournaments, we were able to raise enough funds to rent the current building where our national Filipino American history museum resides.
We hope these continued golf tournaments enable us to keep our doors open, so that the public can learn and enjoy all the contributions that Filipino Americans have made to the history of the United States.
Winners this year were:
First Place – Erwin Mina, Eric Mina, Randy Gast, Chad Hall
Second Place – Bill Yurong, Gary Malloy, Ben Ragsac, Nick Ragsac
Third Place – Billy Sims, Benny Magdael, Ron Perez
Thank you again to all who supported this event and please save the date for our next golf tournament in 2020!
Please enjoy the photographs!
